Website terms
This site lists public information only, across three pillars: sale dates, times, venues and ticketing platform links for shows; entry windows, categories and rules for races; and application windows and official application pages for kindergartens and primary schools.
This site does not sell tickets, hold money, buy on your behalf, or submit any entry or admission application, and it is not an intermediary or escrow of any kind.
A registered account is only for sale and application alerts and for wanted posts in the tickets pillar. It gives no ticket, no race place and no school place.
Signing in here creates no relationship of any kind with any organiser, race body, school, venue or ticketing platform.

Accuracy and liability
Our information is compiled and checked by hand, but it covers only what is publicly available: if an organiser, race body or school does not announce something openly and clearly, we may never learn of it. Details can also be late, incomplete, wrong or changed at short notice, and we do not warrant that anything here is current, complete or accurate.
Every sale, entry and admission arrangement follows the latest announcement from the organiser, race body, school or official website. Please confirm at the official source yourself.
Alerts are sent by email and may be delayed or fail to arrive because of update timing, networks or mail services. We do not warrant that an alert will reach you before any particular moment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the information here, including a missed sale, entry or deadline, refused admission, a failed registration or application, or any indirect loss.
An HKAlert account has nothing to do with any ticketing platform or organiser. An HKAlert account is not an account with Cityline, URBTIX, HK Ticketing, Klook, or any organiser.
